Day 13: What Makes Our Home Special?
Angela: We have things about our house that we love, but our home, in my opinion, is more of a feeling. What do we do to make our home feel special, safe, peaceful, fun? We do our best to be very intentional with our time together as a couple and as a family. Barring any evening commitments, we enjoy dinner together, we like to watch baking shows together, we pray, study scriptures and sing together. We make sure there’s time for fun & play, and we also make time to teach about and model for Corinne peaceful and calming moments. We’ve been told that our home feels peaceful. We do all we can to keep Jesus Christ in the center of our home, and I’m so grateful for the peace, joy and love that fills it.
For this post, I decided to share one picture of Corinne and I making silly faces and one short video of Corinne combing my hair with her pretend dust pan brush (she really loves to do that. Haha)
