Angela: I feel like there are so many things that we hope to teach our children. I’ll bullet point what comes to my mind here:

- Jesus is real. Heavenly Father is real. Building a personal relationship with Them will bless your life beyond measure.

- Heavenly Father hears every.single.prayer… He answers them in His timing and His wisdom.

- You can feel the closeness of heaven when you pray and trust.

- Family matters.

- Friendships matter.

- Cultivating these relationships is vital.

- Kindness matters.

- Serving is a way we can show our love to others while simultaneously showing the love that the Savior has for them.

- “Peacemakers” (are indeed) “Needed” (reference President Russell M. Nelson’s General Conference Talk from April 2023 “Peacemakers Needed”).

- That we love them forever and unconditionally.

This is another post where I’m not sure what picture or video to share. I decided to post this short video (that wasn’t originally intended for social media) of Corinne and I getting caught in a DOWNPOUR in the Costco parking lot. It is a VERY funny memory running through the parking lot with Corinne and our groceries, buckling her up l and loading up the car and getting drenched. There was a fellow Mom nearby who yelled to us while quickly loading her own car (we were both laughing hard), “Why did I buy SO MUCH?!” Haha
