Day 7: If I Could Have Dinner With Anyone (Living or Dead), Who Would it Be?

Angela: As I pondered this question, I had a few different ideas… first was Jesus Christ. I still would love that (such an understatement), but I had a tender thought and feeling come to me… “Dad… I would absolutely want to have dinner again with Dad.” My dad passed away in February 2022 after a very hard battle with Parkinson’s Disease. As my life has changed and grown since that time (getting married and becoming a mom), I have missed him that much more. I’d love to give him a big hug, tell him how much I love and miss him, reminisce about our fun, funny and sweet memories together, and I’d ask him all the questions I wish I would have asked when he was here. Oh, and I’d ask him to bring both sets of my grandparents, too.   I’m including a few pictures of my dad (who I call “Grandpa Larry” to Corinne)... most when he was younger and healthy. He was a hard worker and so kind and patient with my sisters and me. No matter how much he needed to accomplish during any given day, he still made time for his girls. I sure love and miss him…
